Sir,
With reference to my letter No.8485/1908-C.O. of the 17th December, 1908, I am directed to state that, as a result of the evidence given against you before the Executive Council, you are suspended from the 24th instant from the exercise of your office, and to inform you that the decision of the Officer Administering in Council will be submitted to the Secretary of State for the Colonies for His Lordship's approval and confirmation with a view to your dismissal from the Public Service.
Pending the decision of the Secretary of State you will receive an alimentary allowance of $50 a month from the date of your suspension.
